Privacy Rights
This page explains the rights request path for LottieFyr users and visitors. In this first pass, rights requests are handled manually through our support contact.

Rights you may have
- Access to the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion of data when there is no overriding reason for us to keep it.
- Restriction of processing in certain situations.
- Objection to processing based on legitimate interests, where applicable.
- Portability of data you provided to us where the law gives that right.
- Withdrawal of consent for analytics at any time through the footer's Cookie settings control.
How to make a request
Email support@lexoraxiom.com with enough detail for us to identify your request.
- Use a clear subject line such as "Privacy request" or "Deletion request".
- Tell us which account email or purchase email is involved, if any.
- Describe the request and the relevant context, such as account access, support messages, or billing history.
Identity verification and response timing
We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, especially if the request involves account, support, or billing data. We aim to respond within one month of receiving a valid request, although we may need additional time where the request is complex or numerous.
Deletion in this version
Self-serve account deletion is not part of this implementation pass. If you want account or data deletion, please contact us directly and we will review the request under our Privacy Policy.
Some records may need to be retained for fraud prevention, dispute handling, tax, accounting, security, or other legal obligations even after a deletion request.
Complaints
If you believe we have not handled your request correctly, you can contact us again for review and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
