Terms of Service

By accessing or using LottieFyr, creating an account, or starting a paid checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use LottieFyr. If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

LottieFyr is a browser-based utility for converting supported media into Lottie-compatible outputs and for animating static SVG artwork. Free and paid features may change over time.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, limits, formats, or workflows when reasonably necessary for the service, security, or business operations.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information you provide and for activity under your account.
• You should keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
• We may suspend or limit access if needed to address abuse, security risks, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, defamatory, or abusive purposes.
• Do not upload content unless you have the rights and permissions needed to process it through LottieFyr.
• Do not interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities, bypass limits, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.
• Do not use the service in a way that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

You keep your rights in the content you upload. You give us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to provide the service, troubleshoot issues, and protect the platform.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them in production. Conversion quality depends on the source material and the limitations of automated processing.

• LottieFyr sells one-time credit packs. There is no subscription and no recurring monthly fee in this version of the service.
• Pack pricing, validity windows, and included credits are shown in the product UI before checkout.
• Checkout is handled through Stripe-hosted payment pages. Stripe processes payment details under its own terms and privacy notices.
• Credits are added after successful checkout confirmation. Promotional or bonus credits may have their own eligibility rules or expiry periods.
• Any refund, cancellation, or statutory withdrawal rights you may have under mandatory law remain unaffected. If you believe there is a billing issue, contact support@lexoraxiom.com.

Parts of the service rely on third parties such as Firebase for authentication and Stripe for billing. Their services are outside our direct control, and availability may depend on those providers.

We may provide support through in-app support conversations, feedback flows, or email. Submitting support or feedback content does not transfer ownership to us, but it does allow us to use that content to respond and improve the service.

The LottieFyr service, site design, branding, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited right to use the service, not ownership of the service itself.

LottieFyr is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, suitable for every workflow, or that every file can be converted successfully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply where you live. Courts with jurisdiction in Romania may hear disputes relating to these Terms unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date above. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
